This is completely optional. Let the Captain or First Mate know if you'd like a dip in the refreshing waters that make this areas beaches world-renowned!
Do you have free parking onsite?
Unfortunately, parking on the islands can be scarce. While there are city-owned and private pay-for parking places on a first come basis, we encourage using Uber/Lyft or Free Beach Ride.
Is there a dress code?
Nope! You're welcome to fly in whatever makes you comfortable! Maybe leave the diamonds safe on shore just in case though.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety is always our first priority! Every morning we take our boat out to check on the weather conditions. In the unfortunate circumstance the weather is bad, we will personally reach out to all our customers to reschedule them to their earliest convenience. Remember safety is always first.
How high in the sky will we be?
The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) now limits parasailing to no higher than 400 vertical feet from the surface of the earth. Our vessel utilizes up to 1200 feet of towline to comply with the 400 foot FAA regulation. Don't be fooled by other companies offering to fly you higher than 400 feet.
How long will we be on the boat?
While the average flight is 10 minutes, You can expect to be on our boat for approximately one full hour.
What time do you open?
We open at 9:00 AM to Sunset. Monday-Sunday Weather permitting.
Are there any age or weight limits?
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver. Our minimum flyer weight requirement is 50LBS, maximum individual flyer weight is 275 LBS and maximum combined weight for up to 3 flyers is about 550LBS. However, weight requirements change daily due to wind conditions and are subject to Captain’s approval. Contact us for additional clarification if required.
